Avaya Trade Up to ShoreTel Special

Recent announcements from Avaya have created likely uncertainty by many of their customers over the future support of their business communications. In order to rapidly address these concerns, ShoreTel announces the “Move from Avaya to Connect CLOUD” program

For Avaya customers migrating to ShoreTel Connect CLOUD with a 3-year term commitment, ShoreTel offers the following credits and discounts for qualifying CLOUD profiles with phone rentals:

• $25 discount on ExpertStart or JumpStart installation (50% off JumpStart)
• $25 credit toward each newly created Telephony, Essentials, Standard, and Advanced profile on first customer bill for that profile where ExpertStart or JumpStart are also ordered
• $50 credit per Telephony, Essentials, Standard, and Advanced profile, pro-rated over the 3-year contract term
• $100 in total trade-in discounts and credits per qualifying profile
